Flight Facilities have been on something of a streak lately, sharing singles ‘The Ghost’ and Channel Tres collaboration ‘Lights Up’ in recent months, along with remix EPs for both featuring contributions from the likes of Honey Dijon and Gerd Janson.
Now, they’ve followed it up with another hot collab, a relatively brief but banging dancefloor-filler titled ‘Move’ that features the Chicago-based duo of producer Na’el Shehade and vocalist Via Rosa, otherwise known as DRAMA. The vintage house vibes are huge on this one, with Rosa’s vocals gliding above rolling piano chords, a very smooth bassline and retro 909 rhythms.
“After loving their sound since 2016, we finally got in a room with DRAMA. We bobbed our heads for an afternoon in LA and came out with one of our favorite bassline driven Jams’ we’ve ever made,” Flight Facilities – Jimmy Lyell and Hugo Gruzman – commented in an accompanying statement.
“We’re so honoured not only to have collaborated with Via and Na’el but to now also call them friends. This one will get you Moving no matter where you may be – club, kitchen or lockdown party for one.”
‘Move’ arrives alongside a vibrant video by Babekuhl, taken from Flight Facilities’ recent Never Forever livestream event. Watch that below.
